Inspired by the art of drapery, the Orimono vase evokes the beauty of textiles that fit into generous curves. Orimono, the Japanese word for textile, is an ode to the Japanese way of working with fabrics, both in clothing and in interior design.

Hako is the Japanese word for box or storage, and in the 101 Copenhaga universe, it is a collection of furniture inspired by Japanese life. Each Hako piece is handcrafted from solid ash wood with bamboo mesh, creating a semi-transparent upper surface. The wooden surfaces seamlessly blend with the metal frames, creating a modern, refined product. The characteristic conical legs and the thin metal tray are made of plated metal.

The elegance and simplicity of perfect round and square lines were evident in the architecture of the new formalism that flourished in the 1960s. The Formalism collection is developed in close collaboration with Indian marble suppliers in an attempt to find the most homogeneous stones with little or no contrasts, creating a uniform surface of faded earth tones that ultimately has a matte finish.
